Founding partner LeRoy Smigel is a well-known and well-respected lawyer who has handled some of the biggest domestic relations cases in the Central Pennsylvania area. He also represents numerous businesses and medical and dental practices throughout the midstate.

C. Lee Anderson
Partner C. Lee Anderson concentrates his practice almost exclusively in the civil litigation area, building on a broad base that includes personal injury, workers' compensation, criminal, domestic, estate, adoption, and real estate law. 

Stuart S. Sacks
Partner Stuart Sacks has blended the business and real estate areas to help clients achieve their goals and worked with them to build successful enterprises.  He has also chaired the PA Bar Association's Family Law Section, Subcommittee on Adoptions.

John W. Frommer

Joseph B. D'Amico
Focusing his practice on assisting injured workers through the intricacies of the Workers' Compensation system.  Joseph D'Amico also maintains an active practice in civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, Social Security Disability and contract litigation.

Stuart J. Magdule
In keeping with his entrepreneurial spirit, Stuart Magdule concentrates his practice in the areas of business and commercial transactions, real estate and title insurance. He is also the Solicitor to the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority and is proud to have been involved in the revitalization of the City of Harrisburg.

Heather D. Royer
Lifetime and estate planning issues form the core of Heather Royer's practice. She works closely with clients to achieve their family goals, implementing their wishes as well as minimizing estate tax consequences. In the business arena, she assists area businesses in effecting a wide array of transactions from employment contracts through buy-sell agreements.

Peter M. Good

Roger M. Morgenthal
Roger M. Morgenthal focuses particularly on the areas of wills & estates, real estate & zoning law, and aviation law. He provides planning & information services, business strategies & targeted advocacy in litigation. Roger has maintained a law practice in Central Pennsylvania since 1973, and he represents many individual clients and businesses throughout the region.

James R. Demmel
