Susan H. Confair

Susan Confair joined Reager & Adler in 1994 following her graduation from West Virginia University College of Law.

Transitioning from the general practice of law early in her career, Susan brings her 30 years of experience to Smigel, Anderson & Sacks and their practice areas of real estate, estate planning and administration as well as business law.

Susan has extensive experience in real estate throughout the midstate in all facets of residential and commercial transactions. Susan also provides advice on Homeowner and Condominium Association Law. As a Pennsylvania licensed title agent, she provides title insurance and title insurance related services to residential and commercial clients as an agent of First American Title Insurance Company.
